A Little About My Property Journey

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients with both HDB and condominium transactions, on both the buying and selling side.

And honestly, every client is different.

Some are buying their very first home. Some are upgrading for their growing family. Some are looking to sell and move on to their next chapter. Others simply want to understand whether now is the right time to make a move.

There’s no magic formula that works for everyone — and I believe your property decisions should be based on your goals, your finances and your plans for the future.

My job is to help you make sense of it all, give you the information you need and be there to guide you along the way.

The West Feels Like Home

If you ask me where I know best, I’d say the West — especially D05.

I’ve been living in the area for the past 10 years, so this isn’t just an area I work in. It’s an area I call home.

Over the years, I’ve discovered the little things that you might not always find in a property brochure — the neighbourhood gems, the conveniences, the different pockets of the area and what makes each location feel a little different.

I love sharing these little insights with my clients because sometimes, it’s the small details that help you decide whether a place really feels like home.
