FOR PURCHASING A NEW LAUNCH PROPERTY IN SINGAPORE
(BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION) 住宅产业- 付款方式

Purchasers are required to make instalment payments of the purchase price, typically referred to as Progressive Payment Scheme/ Progressive Calculation.

The first 20% will be settled within the first 8 Weeks.

The remaining 80% out standing payment is paid out in accordance with the construction progress.
